The wait is over—Nyege Nyege Festival 2025 is officially on the calendar! This year’s edition, themed “Ekiggunda Ky’Omuliro: The Gathering of the Flame,” promises to ignite the spirit of music, art, and culture from Thursday, November 20 to Sunday, November 23, 2025.
In a bold and exciting move, Nyege Nyege 2025 will take place at a brand-new location—Kalagala Falls, across from the iconic Itanda Falls on the River Nile, just 30 minutes from Jinja. The chosen site, known as Adrift, offers a unique blend of natural beauty and adrenaline, setting the stage for an immersive festival experience unlike any before.

Kalagala Falls, with its cascading waters and lush surroundings, is expected to elevate the festival’s ambiance to new heights. This riverside venue will provide festivalgoers with a breathtaking backdrop for four days of nonstop music, dance, connection, and cultural exploration.

Nyege Nyege has long been known for pushing boundaries and spotlighting diverse talent, and 2025 will be no exception.
